Remove data on your computer
Close Doppler Atlas. In File Explorer, open and remove the app-managed cache folder:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\StormRadarVR\Storm Radar VR\The old folder names preserve compatibility. New caches can be created when you run the app again. Uninstalling may leave caches behind. This does not remove separately stored Windows or Unity diagnostics, store accounts, or messages you sent to support.
Ask the publisher to delete information
Email dylanddermott@gmail.com with the subject Doppler Atlas data deletion. Identify the correspondence or information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
The publisher will confirm receipt, clarify the request if needed and respond according to applicable law. Some records may need to be kept for legal obligations; any limitation will be explained. There is no publisher-operated Doppler Atlas account or weather-data backend to delete an account from.
Data held by other providers
Weather services, the email provider, website host, stores and VR runtimes operate their own systems. Their privacy and deletion processes apply to records they hold. See the privacy policy for providers and details.
