Email dylanddermott@gmail.com. Include:
- The application version and whether you were in desktop or PC VR mode.
- Windows version, graphics card, and headset/runtime if relevant.
- What you were doing and what happened instead.
- The radar site, product and observation time when the problem concerns data.
- A screenshot if useful, without unrelated private information.
Logs can help but are optional. Review them before sharing: installation paths may contain your Windows user name. Never send passwords, private keys, payment details or unnecessary personal files. There is no guaranteed response-time or 24-hour support commitment.
Before sending a report
A live observation will not load: check your connection, retry, and check whether the source provider is having an outage. The included Moore example can be used without requesting a new observation.
Echoes are missing: check the display threshold, the selected product and observation time, the cut/slice settings, and actual radar coverage. Blank space does not necessarily mean no weather occurred there. Velocity quality and other processing notes matter when interpreting a field.
Different layers show different times: radar, soundings, satellite imagery and basemaps have separate timestamps and source vintages. A basemap is geographic context, not an observation of the storm at that time.
The map is tilted or moved: use Recenter or the map-level control. If a panel is misplaced, restore its layout using the controls shown in the application.
VR will not start: confirm that the PC headset connection and selected OpenXR runtime are working. This Windows application runs on the PC; it cannot be installed directly as a standalone Quest application. Headset-specific qualification for the release candidate is still pending.
Remove local caches
Close Doppler Atlas, then remove:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\StormRadarVR\Storm Radar VR\
This removes app-managed downloaded/processed caches and related files in that folder. It does not delete the application, store account, separately stored diagnostics, or reports you emailed. New caches can be created on a later launch.

Contact the store through which you obtained the app about payments, refunds or account issues. No live store listing is announced on this website.
Doppler Atlas is a weather-data viewer, not an emergency warning service. Use official weather warnings and appropriate sources for safety decisions.
